Revocation of digital content
The Austrian (German language) original version of this revocation is valid and will control in cases of conflict, translations are provided for your convenience and are merely informative.
Information on the right of revocation:
Consumers have the right to revoke this contract within a period of fourteen days without any specific reason. The term “consumer” refers to any natural person, who concludes a legal transaction (contract) for purposes which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities. Entrepreneurs and enterprises do not have a right of revocation.
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without specifying any reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of this contract (§2.3 of the General Terms and Conditions).

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed sample revocation form, but this is not required.
In order to safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you decide to revoke this agreement, we will reimburse all the payments we have received from you. The refund will be initiated immediately and may take up to fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such repayment, we use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In no case will you be charged for these repayment fees.
Exceptions to revocation – on the base of § 18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG
The consumer has no revocation right in the case of a contract concerning the delivery of digital content which is not stored on a physical data carrier. Your right of revocation shall lapse if we commenced execution of the contract after you
- expressly agreed that we begin the execution of the contract (performance of services) before the expiry of the revocation period and
- you confirmed that you were aware of the fact that you would lose your right of revocation by your consent to the commencement of the execution of the contract.
According to § 7 Abs 3 FAGG the consumer receives a confirmation of the concluded contract together with the necessary information according to § 4 Abs 1 FAGG on a durable medium (such as email) within a reasonable time, but latest before the commencement of the execution of services. This contract confirmation also includes the agreement and confirmation of the commencement of the performance of services before the expiry of the otherwise effective revocation period, as well as the confirmation of awareness about losing by this the revocation.
